Appalachian Crossroads operates several small businesses including grounds maintenance and custodial services to provide on-the-job training. Our businesses contract with commercial enterprises and private individuals to provide top quality and dependable service. We provide training, staff supervision, and oversee crews of paid employees at the job sites. For many individuals with disabilities who utilize our services, this is the beginning of their work history.
