Personal Supports

Personal support services help individuals live independently in their own residence whether they live alone, in a relationship, or as part of a family.

Services may include transportation, bill paying, budget assistance, menu planning, grocery shopping, introductions to groups, and social activities. We provide any level of support needed and desired; services can range from as little as 2 hours per week to as much as 24/7. Designed to be flexible in nature, these services can be easily and quickly adapted as an individual’s needs change. The staff is skilled at fostering independence and connecting each person to their community and support services.

“The best part of my job is seeing people blossom over time. That’s really what personal support can do for individuals and their families.”
- Cheryl Lockhart, Director of Community Living Support Services
