Appalachian Crossroads
Work provides
meaning to the day.
Retirement is an option in the Day Program services and is designed to provide a leisure oriented day with activities to promote engagement and well being.

Good Work...
Well Done.

Activities stimulate all of the senses and are enriching and fun. Activities include community outings, coffee klatches, games, arts & crafts, physical activities and occasional performances by visiting musicians.

There is also time for relaxation and rest. Help is provided in all areas of personal care and always provided in a respectful and caring manner.

A consulting nurse is available when needed and nursing care plans are designed to ensure that appropriate assistance and health monitoring is provided.
