The Collaborative Transition Program (CTP) is a joint effort by Appalachian Crossroads, the Garrett County Board of Education, the Division of Rehabilitation Services and the Wisp Resort.

Good Work...
Well Done.

Helping youth transition to full time work

The focus of the program is to assist high school juniors and seniors build work experience and transition successfully from school to work.

The program includes an eighteen-week, paid internship at Wisp Resort and a structured job club where a variety of employment-related topics are taught. In addition there is a concentrated effort to offer expanded career exposure.

Students are identified by each high school for participation in the program
