The Collaborative Transition Program (CTP) is a joint effort by Appalachian Crossroads, the Garrett County Board of Education, the Division of Rehabilitation Services and the Wisp Resort. |

Good Work... Well Done. |
The focus of the program is to assist high school juniors and seniors build work experience and transition successfully from school to work. The program includes an eighteen-week, paid internship at Wisp Resort and a structured job club where a variety of employment-related topics are taught. In addition there is a concentrated effort to offer expanded career exposure. Students are identified by each high school for participation in the program |
