The Collaborative Transition Program (CTP) is a joint effort by Appalachian Crossroads and the Garrett County Board of Education.

Helping youth transition to full time work

The focus of the program is to assist high school juniors and seniors build work experience and transition successfully from school to work.

Success for future employment is often dependent on opportunities to build a resume and history of real employment experiences and tryouts. The CTP provides structured and supervised job tryouts during the school day with various business and multiple career pathways.

Students are identified by each high school for participation in the program.
